Silky and contemplative, this añejo tequila suits slow evenings and quiet conversations. Bottled at 40% ABV, it is made in Mexico from 100% Blue Weber agave, double distilled and matured in oak to develop poise and depth while softening the spirit’s natural vigor.

Expect cooked agave framed by vanilla, caramel, toasted oak, dried fruit, hints of cocoa, baking spice, and a light peppery lift. With dark chocolate it locks onto cacao and spice for a plush, lingering finish; with aged Gouda it highlights nutty toffee, subtle salinity, and the tequila’s warm oak sweetness for a balanced, savory-sweet pairing.

Founded by Enrique Fonseca with Sergio Mendoza overseeing blending, the brand works with fully mature Blue Weber agaves, slow cooks them, mills gently, and ferments without additives before double distillation.
